Maintenance Request

Please use this form to report any issues that your Association is responsible to repair. In most communities the common element area includes entry features such as signage, lights, fountains, perimeter fences, landscaping and grassed areas.  Most associations provide lawn service, irrigation maintenance, snow plowing, and exterior painting.

Once you report the issue, you will receive an auto response email stating that we have received your request. We will notify the vendor and ask that they make the repairs on either an emergency work order basis, on their next visit to your community or on the next scheduled walk through (inspection). All vendors have door hanger cards that are supposed to be left on your front door when the work is completed. You may also receive automated communication through the Pilera system based on how you have set your communication preferences (phone call, text, or email).
